For nearly a decade the Women's Cornerstone has remained strong and grown to be a staple ministry within the St. Benedict family.
The Annual Retreat is prepared for any Woman over the age of 18 who wants to become more aware of her relationship with the Lord and the Path she is on by the Cornerstone sisters of this parish.
This year's retreat dates are September 27 -28, 2024

YES. This is due for safety/liability reasons. We also feel that the Cornerstone stay over is an opportunity to take a pause from the normal activities in our lives. Leaving would disrupt the peace and blessings the Holy Sprit intends to give.

YES, you must be 18 yrs or older to attend.
YES. Whether you are from a different parish or diocese. All women are welcomed.
YES. Although the retreat is a Catholic Christian retreat any woman from any faith/denomination is welcomed.

Notify the Lay Director or Facilitator as soon as possible. Please understand that there is a wait list for other women that wish to attend the retreat.
We want you to be as comfortable as possible. Dress casual: jeans, sweats, slippers, etc., a light jacket or sweater (we will be outside on Saturday for a short time – if rain is predicted, please bring an umbrella).
Aside from an additional change of clothing we recommend that you include a blanket/throw/sweater in case you are unable to adjust to the temperature of the venue.
Bring toiletries as well.
Linens or sleeping bag for the air mattress is also recommended.
Cell phone are permitted but we ask that it be put a silent/vibrate mode throughout the weekend. In case of an emergency families are encouraged to contact the Cornerstone Team
Photos are allowed but any video/audio recording is strictly prohibited.
Yes. Breakfast & Lunch are provided on Saturday. Dinner on Friday and Saturday night.

The retreat weekend is free due to the generosity of the Women's Cornerstone.
Yes. Although there is no fee for the retreat there will be an opportunity to make a good will donation to help defray the cost of the weekend. Envelopes will be distributed towards the end of the retreat.
After the retreat an opportunity to buy an official Women's Cornerstone (RED) shirt will be available during one of our monthly Women Cornerstone meetings.
